I grew up in the city of
Mount Clemens. Graduated class of '95 from L'Anse
Cruese High School North. I am a
single mother of a wonderful son by the name
of Anthony. I have one older sister and two younger
brothers.
I started out as a switchboard operator and
eventually got into selling vehicles. I am in the
new car Internet Department. I am certified in
Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep sales. I started selling
vehicles in 2004. Daimler Chrysler Academy is always
offering their sales professionals training classes.
So as far as formal training, we attend classes year
round. My favorite vehicle would be the Grand
Cherokee. I love the new design of the Grand
Cherokee. It suits the needs for my son and me. |

I will go that extra mile! My
customer's happiness and satisfaction is my
number one goal. I
definitely try to make the experience enjoyable and
memorable.
Interesting highlights of my career happen year
round. When I sell a vehicle and the customer is
satisfied and happy, those are highlights of my
career. Great service! I
want my customer to know that they can come to me if
they have any problems or concerns with any of our
departments.
The biggest thing that I have learned is to be
upfront and honest. Also a customer will remember
you if they have had a great experience in the past.
