Personal Profile

I grew on the east
side of Detroit near Grosse Pointe and Harper Woods. I attended
high school at Denby for one year and then Graduated from Harper
Woods - Class of '86. I am the youngest of 8. Growing up in a
large family was a great experience since I was able to learn from
my family. There was not much that I did that another family
member has not already done and could give advice on. That saved a
lot of trial and error time. Oh yeah, it was great to have all of
the hand-me-downs and to be able to drive my brother's and
sister's cars to high school all of the time. My parents have
taught me to take pride in my work and to give it my all. There is
no better feeling to me than to have someone say that I have done
a great job. |
I
married my wife Tricia in August of 2000. I have the
utmost respect for her because she is a sincere and
caring person who is always thinking of others. I
think of myself as a very lucky man!
Some of my hobbies are: home remodeling,
woodworking, riding dirt bikes, road racing street
bikes (on the track only), snowmobiles, classic
cars, boating, skiing and just having fun with my
family and friends.
My initial career was in the printing industry where
I have started at the early age of 15. I remained in
the industry for 23 years. The automotive industry
has always interested me and I feel that my customer
care experience will enhance my sales consultant
position here at Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep.
One of my favorite vehicles is my current vehicle, a
2007 Commander. It suits all of my needs and is very
comfortable.
Highlights of my career include advancing in the
printing career from bindery to account management
and then starting completely new as an automotive
sales consultant and being able to excel very
quickly.
Some of the important lessons that I have learned in
this business are that most customers have already
done their homework on the vehicles they are
interested in. By asking them what they know about
the vehicle I can tailor my demonstration of the
vehicle to what they need. I give my best to all of
my customers and approach each opportunity with
honesty and integrity.
The advice I would give to prospective customers is
to think about what their vehicle needs are not only
now, but in the future and to discuss that with a
sales person to help make the correct vehicle
choice. |
